Concept

KIP Mart features community-centric hybrid retail centres offering fresh produce and daily essentials. Each complex offers 5 categories of unique retail mix of fresh market, supermarket, retail shops & services, car showrooms and F&B outlets.

KIP Mart was created from the idea of “a market for the community” where traditionally seen in growing townships, a fresh market is surrounded by stalls and shops operated by small to medium local traders selling fresh produce, daily essentials, general merchandise, clothing, electrical items, household products, jewellery, food & beverages, as well as hair and beauty services to the local community.

Each KIP Mart also provides facilities such as ATM services, money changer, family entertainment area, push-cart kiosks, promotion areas and free parking space. KiP Mart also organises regular promotional events offering attractive prizes to attract shoppers.

Purpose

KIP Mart offers a localised traders platform for business-to-business and business-to-consumers market segments, whereby a platform with better amenities are offered to local traders to thrive in a marketplace setting with constant flow of traffic. KIP Mart retains the tradition and familiarity of a fresh food market albeit in a more conducive environment for customers ~ community-centric hybrid retail centres for buying and selling like the old times in a new way
